Raider Events for a Good Cause
At Wright State, some of our best traditions revolve around campus events. You may have heard about some of the big ones, such as Fall Fest, April Craze, and Homecoming, but some of our favorite events are the ones that allow us to make a difference in the lives of our fellow Raiders and members of our local community. Visit wright.edu/campus-life for more information. Here are just a few events our campus community looks forward to year after year:
Raiderthon
Hundreds of students dance the night away during this 15-hour dance marathon that has raised more than $450,000 for Dayton Children’s Hospital since 2013.
Project Linus
Wright State students lend their hands and hearts to create blankets that will provide a sense of security, warmth, and comfort to local children in need.
Raidersgiving
“No Raider eats alone,” is the motto for this annual event that celebrates the Thanksgiving holiday by providing a warm meal and good company to Wright State students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
