Policies
No-show policy
Any student or course sponsor who does not contact us to cancel their course or individual who does not show up for the course will forfeit all fees paid. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your class up to 2 days prior to your scheduled class date. A $20 fee will be charged for the class that was canceled. Once the course has begun or you have rescheduled, no refunds will be given. No Call, No Show does not qualify a refund of any kind.
